Forgive To Live Peacefully And Healthy

The following article highlights the importance of practicing the act of forgiveness in our daily life for finding the path to a meaningful existence:

"STANFORD Magazine

Forgiveness is the ability to regain peace when part of your life didn’t work out the way you wanted.

Getting hurt by others is inevitable. It feels lousy. And sometimes that bad feeling lasts and lasts. Fred Luskin, PhD ’99, has a radically simple (though not easy) way to feel better: Forgive.

Luskin, founder of the Stanford University Forgiveness Projects (https://lnkd.in/fdhAM3v) and author of Forgive for Good, says that in the most elemental terms, to forgive is to let go of bad feelings or the desire for revenge after you’ve been harmed. “You’re letting go of your internal bitterness, resentment and self-pity over an experience that’s in the past,” he says."

Now, let me conclude with an excellent message: The Course in Miracles (https://lnkd.in/fWssTr7) says that “all disease comes from a state of unforgiveness,” and that “whenever we are ill, we need to look around to see who it is that we need to forgive.”

Come On, Go All Out To Make Your Dream Come True!

After 19 years of entrepreneurship I shut down the shop to join a relatively better organization as an employee.

6 months down the line, when I was unable to perform, as there was a constant chattering in my mind that what the hell I am doing here, I realized that I had cheated myself by giving up despite having the ability to be a successful entrepreneur.

Next day I quit!

Now I am again pursuing my dream of entrepreneurship with no money, but I am happy to be the master of my destiny.

Friends, during the journey of life it may throw at us unbelievable turbulence, but it al depends upon us as to how to negotiate successfully through the same for realizing our dreams.

Take charge of your life, despite adverse situations shattering your dreams.Trust me, if you are determined to make it happen -- you would be successful.

Life is a celebration of being alive; so is independence in professional life. Live it well with no regrets, and make it better through positive actions.

Ask yourself a simple question: "What is my dream?" And follow the answer. Choice is yours!

Karan Arjun And The Law Of Attraction

The Law of Attraction had beautifully been depicted in a Hindi Movie: Karan Arjun, directed by Rakesh Roshan.

Have you watched that movie?

If so, did you notice that the role of Mother enacted in the film by Rakheeji so strongly believed and visualized that her dead sons would return.

It happened!

Co-Operation Is A Must For Survival!

Today every organization wants immediate delivery of results from all employees right from the day one. Some of the leaders even say: There is no honeymoon period!

The definition of immediate for them is instantaneous. No time for settling down at all. Begin delivery right from the day one.

Isn't it against the law of nature?

Habits Don't Change On Their Own!

The idea of "Never Give Up" come with a rider along: Force yourself to "never give up!"
For example: The comfort of a warm bed in winter will always mesmerize us with the possibility of another round of great sleep. Getting out of that comfort zone does not happen on its own, unless we force ourselves to do so to be in line with working hard.

It's All About Action!

When situation gets out of control in any organization in the Corporate World, rather in any domain of life, only then the true leadership emerges by radically changing the culture.

Right?

Now, you may ask: What is the culture of an organization or group of individuals?

The answer is: It is the manifestation of the collective and integrated belief system and the values of those within and working for that entity.

Isn't it?

Believe Your Dream!

What Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. had said: "I have a dream," is what you too must tell yourself.

Because, unless you have a dream of making it big in life -- you can never make it a reality.

Most of us give up on that, because we never try it out; but a few remain glued to it, and ultimately make it happen.

Don't Retire from The Game Of Life

Why the hell you don't realize a simple fact of life, that I have understood: You should never give up on your dream of making it big in life -- even if you are knocking at the doors of death.

Come on, stop making excuses for your ordinary-ship and go all out to prove to yourself that you are no ordinary.

Come on, fight against all obstacles making your life miserable.

In Pursuit of Happy-ness!

Happiness is not the resultant of living a straight life, with future being taken care of, physically, financially and emotionally!

Happiness is all about living a turbulent life, through out the life, enjoying the ups and down, accepting both stupendous success and miserable failure with same attitude.

For example: Ask someone who has managed to escape from the clutch of death or devastation — Physically, emotionally or financially — how he feels, once the ordeal is over!

Living a normal life, most of us, unfortunately, miss the opportunity of enjoying the turbulence of an unpredictable existence.

If we wish to make it big — big for me is J K Rowling, the creator of Harry Potter, who travelled through the tunnel of darkness, with all hopes buried, but bouncing back with vengeance — in life and enjoy it as well, we must come out of the comfort zone of a calculative safety and embrace the uncertainty with full confidence.

The Goddess Destiny!

Some of us, at some point in time, during our limited life journey, do realise a simple fact: That we must completely surrender to our mighty Goddess “DESTINY” to achieve absolute happiness, accepting life developments as those turn out to be, independent of putting in our best efforts and with no regrets about the outcome.

Human life is nothing but a combination of Karma and Destiny. Together, they decide about what must happen in our life from birth to death.

Some of us live a fixed Karma, some variable Karma. The difference between them is not the quality of Karma, but the wish of Goddess “DESTINY.”

The God “KARMA” is the husband of the Goddess “DESTINY.” Karma, like all husbands in the modern world is useless, unless his wife Destiny supports him.

The Goddess “Destiny” is extremely powerful. She decides, what must happen in our life. Let’s respect her and pray for her blessings.

Mother Leadership

Leadership is all about getting the best out of your followers for achieving specific goals. Isn’t it?

Who could be more appropriate in that role than a Mother? Because, she lives to get the best performance out of her children, come what may.

Remember your own Mother and thank her for what sacrifices she made to make you what you’re today!

I won’t elaborate further on her role, as we all know about the extent she can go to make her children successful in life. Right?

Leaders too must believe in this concept and must act like a mother to make their followers as successful, and go beyond what they themselves achieved in their life.

Mother Leadership is what we require today to make this world worth living. Yes, I have conceived and coined this term and the concept itself.

I know that people would embrace this concept in due course of time and even write several books on this. In fact, that’s what I wish as I invite all to think it over.

Let this world be governed by Mother Leadership in future.

Act And Express

We are nothing but a bundle of energy. Science has already proved it. This energy, that we are, is divided between our body, mind, emotion.

If we don't use up the energy allotted to the above mentioned, the unused energy look for different dimension of expression. One of them is disease.

If you wish to live a truly meaningful life, consume all energies allotted to different dimensions of existence.

Work out hard to utilise physical energy and shout out loud to consume emotional energy.

If you don't do it, be ready to embrace all sorts of physical and mental illness.

Get Real, for God's Sake!

With Whatsapp Groups off, there is so much peace in life now. Time to take off from Facebook and all other social media platforms as well.

Nothing is better than one-on-one interaction with as many great friends as you have. Try it out, to believe me! The biggest advantage of one-on-one interaction is: You may shit in toilet, but don't do it in your bedroom.

Social media platforms, with due respect to their inventors, who are monetizing human loneliness, are nothing but toilets for shitting out falsehood. Those inventors are taking advantage of one of the basic human needs: Recognition!

Get rid of what appears to be the reflection of a dreadful loneliness, engulfing humanity with dire consequences, and be social, truly, with people you love and care for genuinely, picking up the phone and calling them up affectionately and, whenever possible, meeting personally!

If you have enough souls within your circle of influence, to do the above, do you really need social media platforms to express yourself?

Social media expressions neither help rebuilding our past image, nor it spoils our current one, since, who do care for us also know what we truly are.

I'm not, here, talking about social media introverts, who, anyways are afraid of expressing their genuine feelings on any platforms of life; but about those extroverts, who live an evenly matched internal and external life on every platform.

A realization I decided to share with my readers. Some may agree, some may not; its your prerogative, whatever it is.

Glittering Hope!

I was sipping tea, lost in thoughts, standing in front of a tea-stall near PVR Priya Complex in South Delhi.

"Babuji, bhuk lagi hein, kuch khilao na." I turned back to locate the origin of the sweet voice and saw a girl aged around 7 years and a boy not more than 5 staring at me.

I said, "kya Khaoge?" "Samosa." Replied the girl, and presumably her younger brother endorsed the same through gesture.

I immediately asked the Tea-shop owner to give them 2 Samosas and paid him Rs 20 for the same. When they started eating, I said good bye to them and moved towards my vehicle parked near by.

Suddenly, the boy came running to me and asked, "Babuji, kaal ayoge?" For a moment I didn't realise the relevance of that question, but then I understood.

Returning to the Shop, I paid another Rs 20 in advance for giving them 2 Samosas  tomorrow as well.

Mere Rs 40 and what a difference it made to them, and I had bought books worth 1950 just a while ago.

While moving away, I managed to have a glimpses of their glittering eyes that would inspire me forever for living a life full of hopes and never give up come what may!

Abraham Maslow and the Realm of Self Actualization!

"Self Actualization is the intrinsic growth of what is already in the organism, or more accurately, of what the organism is." Abraham Maslow.

Maslow argued: Humans intuitively have a natural drive to become the best possible persons in terms of both physical and mental health, including a high level of spiritual achievement.

India is the Most Tolerant Country in the World!

I was born and brought up in a remote place in Assam, bordering erstwhile East Pakistan, surrounded from all sides by so called minorities.

Despite belonging to the majority community, we were practically the minority there. I'm talking about the period, when Bangladesh was yet to born.

You Too, Brutus?

My best friend, from Mumbai, called up. He was sounding worried and said,' Abhi, why haven't you phoned me for last few weeks?' I had no answer!

Then I realized, I was so busy with my virtual life friends on FB and WhatsApp that I forgot how important is a real life friend, who understands me and cares for me despite all my shortcomings and always remembers me.

Transform the Destiny to Your advantage

The power of destiny can be transformed to one's advantage while working with the right strategy in the right direction, identifying what that individual is best at.

I believe, every individual has at least one ability, much stronger than that in others, that can catalyze the process of being immensely recognized.

Most of the people choose what they like most and feel comfortable with, and remain ordinary; a very few find out what they are best at, work on it without giving up during the course of journey and achieve stupendous success in life!

Making It Big In Life

Desire, an intense and unrelenting desire, to make it big in life, when you are not destiny's child, is what changes the unfavorable circumstances around you and put you on the track leading to a stupendous success in life.

Easier said than done, because there is a fierce competition here as well; however, the key to making it really happen in life is all about cultivating a never give up attitude.

The Naked Truth of Life

Our deadliest foe is 'a sense of loneliness' despite being comforted by a many we like so much; our dearest friend is 'a sense of accomplishment' despite being deserted by a many we dislike that much.

Nuclear Thinking!

Concentric Thinking: I'm the best within my circle of dominance!

Explosive Thinking: I must prove myself against those within my area of influence!

Nuclear Thinking: Let me go beyond all dominance and influence to make this world a better place to live in!

Key to Success: "Believe in Self!"

People hate to look them who appear to be failures in life. They may not say so, though! Even if they do look at those so called failures, they would -- with an element of sympathy.

When you're a victim of destiny's torture: Never look for sympathy, or for that matter fall prey to the empathy from every Tom Dick and Harry, if you are confident of achieving what you truly deserve from this ruthless world.

Chasing A Dream!

One of my mini e-books, published on 'Amazon Kindle' a couple of years ago. I forgot about it, but a friend just reminded me while making a request for a non-commercial copy.

Product Description

During a fierce battle against recession, in 2008, that completely changed the frame-work of my life, I, to remain alive, desperately looked for every shades of inspiration from people around me.

We May be Wrong, Sometime!

Who doesn't think that he has done his best to make his own world a better place to live in? Who doesn't assume that he is always at the receiving end? Who's not convinced that its not him but someone else who's responsible for making his life miserable?

And who doesn't highlight that he is always right. and others are wrong? It happens with most of us, because we fail to recognize our own shortcomings.
